Enjoy your Reiki session comfortably positioned on a massage table, fully clothed and covered with a blanket or a light covering. The soft lighting and soothing music will help you to become relaxed.
Session times are 60 or 90 minute which include consultation and hands-on treatment using traditional Japanese Reiki techniques. For stress reduction one to two sessions are usually satisfactory, however for chronic conditions a treatment plan can be offered to you if that is your choice.
It is recommended that after having a Reiki treatment you drink plenty of water, avoid caffeine, alcohol and try spending some time doing something that will allow you to really enjoy the relaxing and balancing benefits of your Reiki treatment.
